Beauty in photography is something that looks good and is worthy of putting on a wall. Characteristics of beauty in a photo would be a clear colorful picture, or no color at all. I don't think its ever really fair to say art is ugly just because its not what you like, maybe someone else love that photo.

Alfred Stieglitz
Alfred Stieglitz was an American photographer. He used unusual techniques with his photos, such as: toning, waxing, and drawing on the platinum plates.

| This is my favorite photo by Stieglitz because it reminds me of the snow storms in Minnesota. |
Alfred had a relationship with Georgia O'Keeffe, a famous painter. O'Keeffe inspired Alfred with her wide range of character, moods, and beauty. ![]() |

Brownie Camera
The Brownie camera is a simple camera that was made in the 1900's. It looks very similar to a cardboard box. It has a meniscus lens. The initial price was $1.00, because it was supposed to be a camera that anyone could afford. Eastman Kodak was the maker of this camera. It changed the world because of it affordability, and the different camera modles .It changed the world of photography because of the people that used it, like Bert Hardy and designer Walter Teague.
